today was a great day. It was busy as usual, but I feel like I did pretty good eating, I guess I could have done better than a grilled cheese sandwich for lunch. but that is what I made for the boys, and it looked so good. But I did a lot better with the junk food, and not eating quite so much all day. And I did 1 hour of exercise. half hour of running this morning, and at least 1/2 an hour of vacuuming at the church tonight. (it was our turn to clean. all in all a pretty good day. the only sucky thing was that I only lost .2 pounds this week. Hopefully with adding another 1/2 an hour a day of exercise and keeping within my points i will lose more.

Good job this week! For me, avoiding bread & crackers has helped a little with the weigh loss. Maybe try open faced sandwiches. You're doing great!
