so I have been slacking. i haven't been doing a lot of running. But today I walked a good amount. I am thinking close to 3 miles. I need to stop scheduling things early in the AM. I'm gonna keep on trying.
is standing next to a person facing a mountain and encouraging them step by step. Love is picking them up and carrying them when the journey becomes more than they can bear. annonymous
