Today was an all over workout on the ball. It was good. Not nearly as hard as running, so I guess I need to increase the length of time. But I did do a workout, so no slacking today. The scale went back up almost the whole pound I lost the week before, so i guess I need to start counting points. Its time to just do it. I know how to eat right, I have no excuses. Today started out bad in the food department. But I will try harder.

Andi- I was impressed that you passed on all the junk food at the movies the other night. You're a good example for me! I enjoyed that movie, made me realize how easy life is now compared to then.
