running today and riding bike today. I did a similar route for both, just went a different direction on the same path. I still plan to do push up, sit ups and the bun and thigh rocker before the days out. we have one more week in our competition between Jared and I. I am a little nervous. ButI have lost a little bit of weight, so that's all that really matters.
